Our good friends and frequent collaborators Digital Flannel came to us to design and develop a new website for one of their clients, Blake’s All Natural. The Flannel team did a wonderful job completely overhauling the Blake’s All Natural brand and product packaging.

We were entrusted with the task of bringing the new brand to life through the website. We had a great time working on this project. We were given a lot of beautiful imagery to work with and the end result is an online presence that matches their snazzy new shelf presence.

In our personal lives, we are always looking for new ways to reduce our impact on the environment. One of our favorite solutions is to replace one-time use plastic bottles with reusable stainless steel bottles. To celebrate and promote this effort, we designed this Session Creative water bottle.

Crane Valley Dam for PG&E

PG&E needed a website and mailer to publicize a seismic retrofit project they are conducting on Crane Valley Dam on Bass Lake near Yosemite. The challenge was to present the necessary information, which included a lot of government jargon about permits and dam safety, in a way that the average local business owner, homeowner, or visiting fisherman could understand.

The casual, friendly tone of the identity and website, and the clarity of the navigation ensure that virtually anyone can quickly and easily get detailed information about the project, and find out how the retrofit will affect them.

PintSize Shoes for Kids

A new children’s shoe store located in Northern California needed an identity with a youthful appeal, while still connecting with the parents who make the decisions.

With their location in an upscale retail center with lots of foot traffic, an eye-catching sign was a critical part of their launch. Coordinating interior signage, shopping bags, business cards, ads, flyers, and gift cards helped to round out the package and create a comprehensive, memorable retail experience.

Kikibee Accessories

Kikibee is a start-up company that makes fun products for a fun demographic of mostly teenage girls. What they needed was a fun brand identity.

The identity had to be flexible enough to accommodate a variety of products while establishing Kikibee as a player in the competitive teen hair accessories business. From the color palette to the typefaces, graphics, and photography, every aspect of the identity was carefully planned to maximize shelf presence and build brand loyalty. Oh yeah, it’s also like, really cute.

New Hospital Campaign for Sutter Health

Sutter Medical Center needed to generate funding and public support for their proposed new, state-of-the-art medical facility. We worked with their PR firm to develop a web page and brochure to motivate the community to get behind this new project.

The web page is a simple form that provides proponents of the facility a way to show their support to the local government; the brochure showcases the beautiful architectural drawings and modernity of the new facility.

Sutter Medical Center needed a brochure to generate funding and public support for their proposed new, state-of-the-art medical facility. Working with their existing branding, we developed a brochure that emphasizes the many positive impacts this project would have on the community. The design showcases beautiful architectural drawings and the modernity of the proposed facility.

Cash for Trees for PG&E

When we were approached to develop an identity for a new Cash for Trees program for Pacific Gas & Electric Company or PG&E, one of the largest gas and electric utilities in the United States, we were charged up.

The identity and direct mail pieces were directed at orchard farmers in California’s central valley, who would receive a cash incentive for allowing PG&E to trim their trees to keep them away from power lines. The identity we developed was very straightforward, and was considered key to the outreach effort, which was so successful that PG&E quickly went through their funding for the program.

Sungo Beverages

Session Creative was given the opportunity to develop the brand identity, packaging, and sales materials for a new beverage that features fresh fruits of Mexico energized with citrus flavors.

Based on our market research, we came up with the first three flavors and a brand image that would stand out in a crowded retail space. The result is a beverage concept that has been well received and is currently in development.
